Client Services Associate

Position Overview
The Client Services Associate plays a crucial role in managing a variety of teller, administrative, and clerical responsibilities. This position requires frequent interaction with both external and internal stakeholders, as well as meticulous management of records and filing systems. Confidentiality is paramount, and the representative may encounter sensitive situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and maintain member accounts with precision.
- Efficiently process teller transactions while ensuring accuracy.
- Follow established cash handling and balancing protocols.
- Prepare daily corporate deposits.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, typing, and filing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all members.
- Comply with all branch operational procedures.
- Engage in general administrative tasks such as attending meetings and producing reports.
- Support branch staff with special projects as required.
- Proficient in handling monetary transactions with accuracy.
- Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet software, and other relevant applications.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, as well as write routine correspondence.
- Effective communication skills for addressing groups of customers and colleagues.
- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations and data interpretation.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems in standardized situations.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or finance related to this role.
- Experience in cash handling and customer service.
