Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and enhance existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • New Client Onboarding: Oversee and facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring effective and timely implementation.
  • Account Oversight: Monitor account activities, proactively assessing client satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Business Development: Support initiatives aimed at expanding the business, utilizing your expertise to enhance growth and client return on investment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate weekly and quarterly client service reports, tracking relevant metrics and trends to evaluate success.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Expertise: Knowledgeable in recruiting, screening, selection, retention, development, and associated systems and technologies.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptionally articulate, with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and effectively coordinate both internal and external resources.
  • Relationship Development: Proven experience in establishing and maintaining C-level relationships.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail, complemented by excellent written communication and presentation abilities.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation:

  • $60,000-$70,000 plus quarterly bonus opportunities.
Travel Requirements: Quarterly travel for client meetings.
