Position Details:

This is a fully remote position that requires a comprehensive training program lasting three weeks prior to commencing duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold a positive and collaborative work environment by interacting professionally with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information in your workspace.
  • Represent V-Tech Solutions positively in all interactions, both internally and externally.
  • Possess a solid understanding of loan processes, including reviewing customer account details, payment histories, and loan inquiries.
  • Independently manage tasks such as making calls, processing returned mail, and updating account information while adhering to departmental timelines.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in the servicing system, ensuring proper indexing and detail.
  • Engage with clients to help prevent account defaults and maintain account status.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Input data into required systems efficiently and accurately.
  • Meet established standards for call metrics, quality assessments, and schedule compliance.
  • Proactively discuss performance improvement strategies with management.
  • Stay informed about federal regulations and compliance issues.
  • Utilize training materials and departmental resources effectively.
  • Adhere to protocols when addressing personal matters.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Work Schedule:

Guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Associate's Degree.
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional walking and use of stairs.
  • Continuous sitting.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in data entry.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
