Our client is on the lookout for a proactive Customer Success Manager. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • New Client Onboarding: Oversee and facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring effective and timely implementation.
  • Account Oversight: Monitor account activities, proactively assessing client satisfaction and identifying avenues for growth.
  • Business Development: Support initiatives aimed at expanding the business, utilizing your expertise to enhance growth and client return on investment.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate weekly and quarterly reports on client services, tracking relevant metrics and trends to evaluate success.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Knowledge of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition: Familiarity with recruiting processes, screening, selection, retention, and associated systems and technologies.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Highly articulate, with strong writing and presentation capabilities.
  • Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and effectively coordinate both internal and external resources.
  • Relationship Building Skills: Proven experience in establishing and maintaining C-level relationships.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail, with excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Annual salary range of $60,000-$70,000, in addition to a quarterly bonus.
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel for client meetings.
