Adams Homes is on the lookout for a motivated Residential Sales Consultant to become a vital part of our sales team. You will operate from one of our distinguished model homes, guiding potential buyers through the sales journey with professionalism and enthusiasm. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with essential skills to excel in this role, enabling you to close deals effectively while offering our exceptional buyer benefits.

Our average commissions are $7,000 per home sold. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, a strong desire to learn, persuasive abilities, technological proficiency, and a passion for selling homes.

  • Two weeks of vacation and one weekend off each month.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve consistent performance in line with monthly sales targets.
  2. Engage with prospective buyers to align their needs and budget with our award-winning homes.
  3. Demonstrate a strong work ethic by applying learned sales techniques.
  4. Establish and nurture relationships with local real estate agents.
  5. Utilize our CRM system on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
  1. Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on persuasive negotiation and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  2. Ability to implement and follow a structured daily, weekly, and monthly sales plan.
  3. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings, with reliable transportation.
  4. A valid Florida Real Estate License is required.
