Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly welcomes potential clients and gathers completed registration forms from each visitor. Inputs all client and Realtor details into the company’s management system.
  • Utilizes effective inquiry techniques to ascertain the client’s requirements and purchasing motivations.
  • Delivers tailored sales presentations that highlight product features and benefits aligned with the client’s needs, emphasizing the company’s reputation, core values, and the quality of our offerings. Conducts guided tours of model homes, available properties, and community amenities to ensure clients are well-informed about our offerings.
  • Actively engages in closing discussions by posing relevant closing questions throughout the presentation.
  • Clearly articulates the homebuilding and purchasing process to clients, ensuring they understand the specifics of property boundaries and the location of adjacent structures.
  • Maintains strong customer relations by providing exceptional service and performing necessary follow-ups with clients and lenders to ensure successful transactions.
  • Collaborates with various departments to uphold the high standards of quality for model homes, sales centers, and community signage.
  • Proactively seeks new clients through networking, referrals, and building relationships with Realtors and Brokers, while promoting the company’s brand and products.
  • Follows up with all clients and Realtors who show interest in our offerings.
  • Gathers and analyzes market and competitive data to enhance sales strategies.

We are looking for a bright, focused, and solution-oriented individual who can work collaboratively while driving results with professionalism, integrity, and persistence.

Exceptional skills in prospecting, communication, presentation, and closing are essential. Strong networking abilities and a desire to connect with local communities are advantageous. We value self-starters with enthusiasm, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to meet individual and company sales objectives. A strong customer service orientation and a solid work ethic are also critical. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

Availability to work on weekends is mandatory. An active Florida Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License is required.
