Position Responsibilities:

This role involves managing the processing of medical record requests efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing requests for patient health information in accordance with established policies.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Maintaining proficiency in company and facility software.
  • Communicating effectively with management regarding workload and challenges.
  • Participating in training and development initiatives for junior staff.
