About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Relations Support Specialist to join our team at E-Center Business Sales. As a Client Relations Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our collections department by providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, including invoicing, data entry, and record-keeping to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the collections team, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
  • Financial Analysis: Generate financial statements and reports to track account status and identify trends.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, account activity, and other relevant information.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to quickly input data and type notes (30+ WPM preferred)
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Reliability: Reliable and dependable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
