Partnerships Development Manager

The RoleWe're seeking a highly organized and proactive Partnerships Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing our ecosystem of partners, supporting our portfolio of tech nonprofits, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional partnership experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Partner Account Management: Anticipate partner needs, personalize communications, and deliver high-quality experiences to foster long-term loyalty and support.
- Operations & Admin: Prepare comprehensive reports, develop customized materials, and maintain detailed partner account management systems.
- Partnership Delivery: Represent Fast Forward effectively in meetings, attend conferences, and grow our network.
- 3-5+ years of experience in account/client management and/or fundraising, with a focus on corporate partnerships.
- Excellent relationship and time management skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Highly skilled in project management, with the ability to execute projects from idea to successful delivery.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for social impact tech.
