Position: Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise to assess and analyze resumes of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Medical Assistants (MAs) within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with job specifications and clinical standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates' clinical skills, qualifications, and fit for available roles.
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers and clinical teams to identify staffing requirements and provide insights for candidate selection.
  • Organize and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication and a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain precise candidate documentation in the ATS, recording interactions, interview results, and feedback from relevant parties.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and regulatory guidelines related to clinical recruitment, integrating this knowledge into recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the posting and upkeep of job advertisements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in clinical recruitment, talent acquisition, or healthcare staffing roles, or a minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience.
  • Thorough understanding of clinical roles and responsibilities, particularly for RNs, LPNs, and MAs.
  • Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with candidates and clinical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing candidate pipelines and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of nursing licensure requirements and credentialing processes.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and navigate challenges in a dynamic healthcare recruitment landscape.

Compensation: Salary up to $50,000/year based on experience.
