About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our Healthcare Staffing division. This role is pivotal in driving our recruitment efforts, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying candidates for various clinical positions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a full-cycle recruitment desk, collaborating closely with team leadership.
- Source and evaluate candidates weekly, aligning them with suitable job openings.
- Facilitate successful placements of healthcare professionals in contract roles.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency.
- Experience in healthcare staffing is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing landscape.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of candidates effectively.
- Demonstrated success in placing candidates in contract assignments.
