As a leading healthcare provider, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-focused care to a diverse population. We are currently in search of a Full-Time Onsite Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional sourcing skills and demonstrate a creative, sales-oriented approach to recruitment. Candidates should have recent experience in recruiting within a medium to large hospital or a unionized healthcare setting. A blend of agency and corporate recruitment experience is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the complete recruitment cycle for multiple complex roles.
- Designing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for each position.
- Developing and implementing detailed sourcing plans, analyzing job requirements to create candidate profiles, and utilizing various tactics to cultivate a diverse talent pool.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to meet hiring objectives.
- Managing candidate pipeline activities, ensuring data accuracy, and providing data-driven updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitating the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and securing candidate acceptance.
- Establishing strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and business partner.
- Leading and contributing to special projects related to Talent Acquisition.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a healthcare environment. Proven ability to craft effective job descriptions and compelling recruitment advertisements is essential. Familiarity with various recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed is required. Experience in sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates is crucial. Candidates should also have a track record of building partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Salary range: $80K - $90K, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package and paid time off included.
