In the role of Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist at EDSI Solutions, you will cultivate professional relationships with healthcare providers across various sectors that employ clinical and non-clinical staff. Your primary focus will be on clinical roles, including but not limited to: Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, and Physician Assistants. A successful specialist will identify the hiring requirements of employers and secure commitments to fill specific positions within a designated timeframe utilizing our recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare organizations to ensure they utilize our recruitment services for their staffing needs.
- Enhance and maintain existing partnerships to evaluate additional requirements, gather feedback, and promote exclusive services.
- Collaborate with operational and marketing teams to raise awareness of our recruitment offerings.
- Accurately document job orders, including employer details, job descriptions, number of vacancies, and timelines for fulfillment.
- Input employer data into relevant databases and monitor their activities.
- Coordinate service delivery and job order fulfillment with the recruitment team, emphasizing direct placement.
- Confirm job order fulfillment by obtaining written confirmation from employers.
- Organize and promote recruitment events, both virtual and in-person.
- Provide target estimates and regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain a well-organized database of clients and document all interactions, engagements, and outcomes.
- Participate in sales forecasting and the development of outreach strategies.
- Develop expertise in the healthcare sector and its various subsectors.
- Implement effective recruitment processes and initiatives.
- Source and screen qualified candidates for job openings.
- Attend job fairs and networking events to promote hiring opportunities.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through various recruitment strategies.
- Engage clients regularly through phone and email communications.
- Manage recruitment events on behalf of employers.
- Thoroughly understand the staffing needs of business clients.
- Evaluate job seekers' skills and readiness for employment.
- Achieve weekly and quarterly goals through consistent activity levels.
- Track progress and share relevant information with team members.
- Ensure positive outcomes and meet contractual goals.
- Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently.
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and document interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of contracts.
- Sales or marketing experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
