Position Overview:
As an Event Services Associate Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the logistics of various events and conferences. This on-call position offers flexible shifts and primarily operates during weekdays, ensuring a work-life balance with no weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate all aspects of conference services, starting from initial space requests from diverse clients, including internal teams and external partners.
2. Schedule and manage events, celebrations, training sessions, and meetings across multiple facilities.
3. Serve as the primary contact for guests and staff, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in all communications.
4. Utilize your extensive knowledge of the organization to assist clients with information, access, and operational support.
5. Maintain the event calendar and oversee the cleanliness and operational standards of conference areas.
6. Enforce departmental policies and procedures, addressing any discrepancies through established protocols.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, event coordination, or a related field with a strong focus on customer service.

Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Experience within the healthcare sector is a plus.
