Position Overview

Thomas Cuisine is seeking Culinary Service Associates to join our dedicated team.

Compensation: $16 - $19.20 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health savings and retirement plans.

Work Schedule: Varied days and shifts.

This role involves providing services to residents in a manner that respects their preferences and choices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming residents, guiding them to available seating, and presenting menus.
  • Taking food orders and relaying them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serving meals to residents in dining areas.
  • Assisting with the setup and maintenance of the dining environment.
  • Ensuring menus are up-to-date, clean, and presentable.
  • Clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED).
  • Current Food Handlers Card in the relevant state (or must obtain within 14 days of hire).
  • Completion of a TB test, 10-panel drug test, background check, and fingerprint test prior to the start date.

Preferred:

  • One year of experience in food service.
  • One year of experience working with older adults.
