- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices, and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure: Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Certifications: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
