Thomas Cuisine is seeking Culinary Service Associates to join our dedicated team.

Compensation: Competitive pay range of $16 - $19.20, along with comprehensive benefits including health savings and retirement plans.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Welcome residents, guide them to their tables, and present menus.
  • Take meal orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve meals to residents in dining areas with attention to detail.
  • Assist in setting up the dining environment alongside fellow team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of menus and dining spaces.
  • Clear tables and service areas, ensuring a sanitary environment.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED).
  • Current Food Handlers Card in the relevant state (or must obtain within 14 days of hire).
  • Completion of a TB test, 10-panel drug test, background check, and fingerprint test prior to starting.

Preferred:

  • One year of experience in food service.
  • One year of experience working with older adults.
