Job Overview

Thomas Cuisine is seeking Culinary Service Associates to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences.

Compensation: $16 - $19.20 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health savings and retirement plans.

Shifts and Responsibilities:

This role involves supporting residents during meal times, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming residents and guiding them to their tables while presenting menus.
  • Taking food orders and communicating them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serving meals in dining areas with attention to detail.
  • Assisting in the setup and maintenance of the dining environment.
  • Ensuring menus are clean and up-to-date.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and service equipment.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Current Food Handlers Card in the relevant state (or must obtain within 14 days of hire).
  • Completion of a TB test, 10-panel drug test, background check, and fingerprint test prior to starting.

Preferred:

  • At least one year of experience in food service.
  • Experience working with older adults.
