In the role of Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital part in enhancing brand visibility and conveying the SERVPRO narrative. This position requires a comfort in engaging with new individuals, excellent communication skills (both in-person and online), and a strong drive to meet sales objectives.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Comprehend the competitive advantages of utilizing SERVPRO and effectively communicate the brand's benefits to clients and customers.
  • Establish, nurture, and enhance professional relationships within the sales territory through daily marketing outreach.
  • Boost brand recognition by engaging in marketing activities such as professional associations, lunch-and-learn sessions, and continuing education (CE) classes.
  • Employ marketing software to log daily marketing interactions and monitor all lead activities and opportunities.
  • Provide management with updates on revenue and reports concerning your designated sales territory.
  • Enhance sales territory revenue by consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of direct sales experience.
  • Strong process-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Robust business acumen and a process-and-results-driven approach.

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Ability to work with and around cleaning agents.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check in accordance with applicable laws.

*Base salary plus commission based on sales performance.*
