Front Office Team Lead

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to fill the role of Front Desk Supervisor. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be responsible for supervising the guest services team, ensuring efficient front desk operations, and providing leadership and guidance to your team members.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the guest services team to ensure completion of essential duties necessary for an efficient Front Desk operation
- Respond to all guests' requests, problems, complaints, and accidents presented at the front desk or through reservations, comment cards, letters, and/or phone calls in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner
- Attend daily and monthly rooms meetings and participate in required M.O.D. program as scheduled
- Work at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk as appropriate
