Key Responsibilities:
Oversee travel logistics, manage schedules, and organize itineraries as necessary.
Prepare and submit precise expense reports in compliance with institutional policies. Proficient in navigating Oracle systems.
Exceptional proofreading and editing capabilities.

Must possess strong writing skills, with the ability to review proposals and agreements for content accuracy and grammatical correctness.

Engage with prospective and current donors, volunteers, parents, and alumni to arrange visits and facilitate meeting logistics.

Demonstrated expertise in database management, with the ability to learn and effectively utilize Blackbaud Raiser's Edge for generating reports, uploading proposals, projections, tasks, and other data entry requirements.

Coordinate mailings and mail merges, manage telephone communications for the Development department, and handle the filing and daily distribution of correspondence. May draft correspondence as necessary.

Collaborate closely with fellow administrative professionals to achieve collective goals, including donor acknowledgment mailings, cross-functional team reporting, major meeting and retreat planning, and supporting high-level volunteer board and committee management.

Responsible for managing supply orders, maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and meeting areas, and assisting with the oversight of physical spaces as required.

Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED is mandatory. An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution is preferred.

Experience and Skills: 3-5+ years of experience in administrative support is essential. Previous experience in higher education or within a fundraising context is advantageous.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience in database management and report generation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.
Capacity to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Must maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Compensation:
$20.65-$23.00/hour
