Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Administration: Responsible for day-to-day account administration activities, including deposits and withdrawals of cash and assets, wires, balancing of transactions and general account maintenance.
  • Proofs and Reconciliations: Responsible for a variety of proofs and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Securities Processing: Responsible for the processing of daily stock, bond and mutual fund securities trades and settlement.
  • Security Holdings: Responsible for the set up and maintenance of all department security holdings.
  • Reporting and Distribution: Assist other Operations personnel with the distribution of daily reports and any other work that must be completed prior to the end of the day.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, co-workers, and outside bank personnel. Normal daily physical activities to include: walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling.
Work Environment
  • Indoor Environment: Work will be performed in an indoor, environmentally controlled environment.
