Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position that offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and counsel to our organization on a wide range of corporate legal matters, including transactional, real estate transactions, contract reviews, equity formations, corporate law, and corporate governance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of corporate and commercial agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
  • Assist in the development of company policies and procedures in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide training to company personnel on legal topics, as needed.

Requirements

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, real estate transactions, equity formations, and corporate governance.
  • Proven experience in transactional work and contract review.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret and draft legal documents.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.
