Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

Pure Energy Inc., a leading solar energy company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Corpus Christi, TX.

This critical role involves leading a team of sales representatives focused on direct-to-door (D2D) solar consultations, driving sales initiatives, and contributing to our mission of promoting green energy adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of D2D Solar Consultants within the region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to installation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
