Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management strategies to improve patient care and safety
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze patient safety risks and events
- Implement action plans to mitigate safety risks and improve quality metrics
- Utilize data from internal and external sources to drive performance improvement
- Operationalize processes to support standards compliance for regulatory bodies
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Five years of healthcare experience, with two years of management experience and three years of quality management experience
- CPHQ certification required or within one year of hire
