Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Sales Executive for a designated region, acting as the main point of contact between the market and House of Spices.
  • Process sales orders while providing essential information regarding pricing, stock availability, product details, promotions, and special offers to our clientele.
  • Assist in formulating pricing strategies for quotes, promotional activities, and negotiations.
  • Maintain customer accounts in good standing, overseeing collections, returns, credits, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Conduct regular and timely visits to major stores and customers to ensure adequate coverage of the territory.
  • Ensure proper placement and pricing of House of Spices merchandise in retail locations.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance through KPIs and regularly review sales dashboards and analytics.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Stay informed about competitors and their products, providing updates to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional programs.
  • Engage with clients and potential clients to assess their needs and promote our product offerings.
  • Generate leads for new business opportunities and development.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales within the food, beverage, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with South Asian products and the Florida market.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and market dynamics.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers.
  • Proficient in using computers for various tasks.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Fluency in Hindi is preferred, with additional South Asian languages being a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
