About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in a defined target market. As a key member of our sales team, you will build relationships with prospective and existing clients, collaborate with sales teams to develop new business, and achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Lead meetings and exceed revenue targets through effective business development
  • Stay updated on industry trends and our products to be a subject matter expert
  • Collaborate with management and operations to meet customer needs and propose solutions
  • Identify new opportunities and maintain a robust customer database through market research
  • Ensure seamless onboarding for clients
  • Surpass revenue goals and improve win probability
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport, negotiate deals, and communicate effectively
  • Organized and efficient time management to prioritize responsibilities
  • Tech-savvy to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools effectively
  • Problem-solving skills to propose innovative supply chain solutions
