Office Coordinator

LSS of WI & UP MI is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. A strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Manage schedules and coordinate meetings
- Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
