Sales Director for Wholesale Growth

**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our wholesale division. As Head of Wholesale Business Development, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing the growth of our wholesale business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead all efforts to identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key wholesale accounts, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Set up new regional showrooms and oversee their performance, ensuring they meet sales targets and brand standards.
- Travel to key tradeshows and industry events to represent Printfresh, gathering market intelligence and increasing brand visibility.
**Requirements:**
- 7+ years of relevant sales/new business development experience.
- Proven experience in wholesale sales, showroom management, and key account management within the fashion or gift industry.
- Proficiency in Google Drive (spreadsheets, docs, presentations) and CRM software.
- Able to navigate vendor tech platforms and experience with EDI and online ordering platforms.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $130,000, excluding the annual sales target bonus. This is a full-time position in our Philadelphia office, with a hybrid work schedule.
