About the Role

Abnormal Security is seeking a highly motivated sales leader to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets in the Mid-Market segment. This sales leader will be responsible for developing, recruiting, and managing a high-performing sales team, leveraging all available resources to accelerate new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire top talent to build a world-class sales team
  • Develop and execute a disciplined approach to pipeline generation, ensuring consistent growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering to deliver outstanding product demonstrations and validate technical solutions
  • Establish strong relationships with existing customers to drive value realization and retention
  • Effectively forecast monthly/quarterly revenue to executive leadership through disciplined deal inspection and forecasting methodology
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success selling security solutions
  • Minimum of 3+ years leading a sales team focused on growing new business and new logos
  • Strong hunter mentality: direct experience managing teams responsible for creating new demand, new customer acquisition, and sourcing new pipeline
  • A winner, someone who holds themselves accountable to consistent over-achievement
  • Experience closing complex sales with multiple buying influences in new or emerging solution categories
  • Experience managing and closing deals of $50K+ as well higher value transactions above $100K+
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
What We Offer

Base salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 USD per annum, plus bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits.
