Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Meduit. As a key member of our call center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, resolving account balances, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Resolution: Resolve patient account balances by establishing payment plans, updating insurance coverage, and providing customer support.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless account resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Productivity: Meet or exceed established productivity goals, adhering to standardized procedures and protocols.
  • Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in medical billing, claims processing, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, medical billing, or claims processing is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and proficiency in PC-based applications.
