About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Contact Center Representative to join our team at American First Credit Union. As a Contact Center Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members, resolving their issues, and identifying solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing members via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and refer products and services to members based on their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless member experience.
Requirements
  • 1 year experience in sales/customer service environment.
  • 1 year experience answering phones in a fast-paced environment preferably in financial industry.
  • Excellent communication and member service advisory skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
