Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at UniUni Logistics. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer requests
  • Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to drive business insights and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce and logistics customer service
  • Graduate degree from a university or business school
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong logical thinking and ability to learn new knowledge and engage in data analytics work
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
