Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs to promote the company's mission and values.

Requirements
  • 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University (preferred).
What We Offer

Walmart offers a competitive salary range of $69,000.00-$80,000.00, as well as annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Sales Volume Category (SVC), and Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).
