Operations Assistant Manager

At World Market Inc, we're looking for a skilled Assistant Manager: Operations to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for modeling and leading a customer-first selling culture, assessing business trends, and fostering a culture of diversity and belonging.
- Key Responsibilities: In partnership with the Store Manager, model and lead a customer-first selling culture through effective routines, visual brand standards, and engagement behaviors. Assess and analyze business trends utilizing all available reporting to problem-solve business opportunities and take appropriate action.
- Operations Support: Assist the Store Manager with all timekeeping responsibilities, including effective scheduling, timekeeping functions, and attendance management. Support and maintain Loss Prevention routines to support profitability initiatives.
- Leadership Skills: Leadership skills including: Excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving and sound decision-making skills that align with strategic initiatives, effective delegation and validation, and the ability to execute daily priorities efficiently.

Hourly Pay Range: $22.28-$26.28
Benefits: Benefits for full-time employment on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment include offerings for programs including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending, Commuter Benefits and Employee Assistance.
