Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance and Risk Management Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our insurance and risk mitigation efforts, developing relationships with external institutions, and ensuring compliance with all requirements and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Insurance and Risk Mitigation: Identify and structure appropriate risk mitigation products for various exposures of the Group, including commodities trading, mining, and corporate functions.
  2. Deal Implementation: Lead all insurance-related aspects of the deal implementation process, including policy and premium management, policy amendments, and compliance.
  3. Relationship Development: Develop and manage relationships with external institutions, including brokers, underwriters, and financial institutions.
  4. Project Management: Manage special projects and additional responsibilities as required by senior management.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Master's Degree preferred.
  2. Experience: 7-10 years of insurance experience, with experience in commodities preferred.
  3. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  4. Work Environment: Ability to work on-site 5 days a week.
