Job Title: Human Intelligence Targeting Specialist

Location: Remote

Clearance: TS/SCI w/CI polygraph


Job Summary:

Invictus International Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Human Intelligence Targeting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing detailed all-source HUMINT targeting support against hard target topics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth analysis of topics to support operational planning and target knowledge.
  • Focus analytical efforts to identify, assist, or enhance HUMINT collection operations and operational planning.
  • Employ analytical methodologies to identify critical nodes within the network and their relationship to the topic.
  • Leverage the multi-INT community to support targeting efforts.
  • Research and assess potential targets for HUMINT collection activities utilizing unique HUMINT targeting methodologies.
  • Produce Targeting Packages (TP) and utilize client systems and processes to receive field-generated requests and track production status.
  • Conduct analysis utilizing critical intelligence databases, including Think Analyze Connect (TAC), Terrorist Identify Datamart Environment (TIDE), Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) databases, Managed Attribution systems (MAS), Quantum Leap Intelligence Exchange (QLIXs), KaCHING, Palantir, and other investigative related databases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 8 years of directly related experience.
  • Certification from the Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC), or Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC) required.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous HUMINT operational background directly supporting and/or conducting full spectrum strategic HUMINT operations (above MSO) preferred.
  • Previous experience providing HUMINT support to TF or SOF desired.
  • Previous support to Strategic Foreign Intelligence Collection against Hard Target (non-CT) issues preferred.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph.
