Job Summary:

DarkStar Intelligence LLC is seeking a highly skilled HUMINT Targeting Expert to support the Government in executing and enhancing DIA's HUMINT Targeting course instruction. The ideal candidate will have the ability to instruct with authority over the full spectrum of HUMINT Targeting principles and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deliver Comprehensive Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training in all areas of Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) to support the Government's HUMINT Targeting course instruction.
  • Coordinate with Guest Lecturers: Coordinate with DIA guest lecturers to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive course delivery.
  • Develop Instructional Materials: Ensure all instructional and presentation materials are professional, accurate, and complete.
  • Expertise in HUMINT Targeting: Possess a thorough understanding of HUMINT Targeting, including relevant DoD policies, legal authorities, functions, methodologies, and related IT system requirements.
  • Knowledge of HUMINT Operations: Be familiar with the career development track of DIA HUMINT Targeting Officers and have experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis.
  • Course Management: Administer, evaluate, synchronize, and manage blocks of instruction within the HUMINT training curriculum.
  • Adherence to Established Procedures: Adhere to established DIA procedures and guidelines in course delivery and management.
  • Expertise in HUMINT Operations: Have experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis.

Requirements:

  • Clearance Level: TS/SCI
  • CI Poly (Preferred): Possess a CI Poly clearance (preferred)
  • Experience: The Junior-level HUMINT Targeting Expert shall have experience working in DoD as a certified HUMINT professional with a minimum of four (4) years' applied experience in HUMINT Targeting and experience conducting pattern-of-life analysis, social network analysis, and Human Factors analysis.
  • Knowledge of HUMINT Operations: Possess junior to mid-level knowledge of HUMINT operations and be able to instruct students on the application of HUMINT operations and how to conduct HUMINT targeting analysis against a variety of targets.
  • Understanding of the HUMINT Targeting Cycle: Understand and be able to instruct students on every aspect of the HUMINT Targeting cycle of support to HUMINT operations.
  • Education: Be a graduate of a recognized IC-level HUMINT Targeting course, such as Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC), Targeting Certification Board (TCB), or an IC school equivalent.
