Regional Sales Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Transparent Financial. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand our existing customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and sales outreach
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Proven sales and business development experience in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
