Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
+ An MBA or equivalent business experience.
+ A minimum of 7 years of direct management experience with a proven track record in operational leadership, including HR and finance.
+ Experience in cultivating and managing long-term strategic partnerships.
+ Proven ability to mentor and grow teams in dynamic environments, with experience managing at least 25 employees.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
+ A demonstrated ability to influence corporate strategy and identify key growth areas.
+ Adaptability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous settings.
+ A proactive problem solver who is willing to take initiative and tackle challenges head-on.
+ Experience in early-stage startups, comfortable with diverse responsibilities.
+ Proven experience in managing P&L and driving revenue growth through existing and new user bases.
+ Background in the edtech sector is preferred.
+ Experience in managing cross-functional teams across various time zones.
+ Previous experience in scaling content-driven businesses.
+ Familiarity with B2C subscription models.
+ Financial modeling and FP&A experience that can translate into actionable operational plans is highly desirable.
Work Environment:
