Position Overview:
Under the guidance of the Studio Services & Memo Operations Manager, the Specialist will engage in both sales and operational responsibilities.
The Specialist will facilitate the processes related to Studio Services, Flagship Memo Operations, Outside Stylist, and 'Try before you Buy' Programs.

You maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you possess strong organizational skills. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or a comparable mix of education and experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail and client service
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and Apple products
- Strong attention to detail with a polished professional demeanor
- Technological savviness and systems knowledge
- Capability to lift heavy items
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistently high level of service, ensuring an exceptional client experience:
- Welcome clients upon arrival
- Collaborate hands-on in selecting and retrieving merchandise
- Assist with garment changes and size requests
- Partner with clients and Style Advisors for department-related communications and manage vendor relationships
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required
- Provide operational support to enhance overall departmental effectiveness:
- Oversee the scanning of merchandise in and out
- Maintain organization of Studio Services and Memo Operations supplies, including spreadsheets and contracts
- Manage the reconciliation of 'Try before you Buy', Flagship Memos, and files, along with billing
- Contribute to the cleanliness of the Studio Services and Memo Operations workspace

Compensation:
The starting hourly rate for this role is $10.00. Factors influencing starting pay may include market conditions, skills, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
