Position Summary:

We are looking for an Acrylic Bath Installer to serve the Atlanta, Georgia area and its surroundings. The ideal candidate will manage installation crews and handle a high volume of work throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute bathroom remodels efficiently, utilizing skills in carpentry and construction.
  • Follow all installation protocols and ensure customer satisfaction during service delivery.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Respect the property of customers and ensure the work area is left tidy.
  • Wear the designated uniform and adhere to grooming standards while on the job.
  • Educate clients on the functionality and maintenance of their new installations.
  • Complete and submit all required documentation and photographs accurately.
  • Manage inventory in the installation vehicle, ensuring it is equipped with necessary tools and materials.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry, construction, or home renovation, with proficiency in measurement tools.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in bathroom remodeling is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
  • Ability to operate power tools effectively.
  • Physical capability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
  • Competence in basic mathematical operations and document interpretation.
  • Reasoning skills to follow detailed instructions accurately.
  • Possession of a personal enclosed trailer is advantageous but not required.
  • Availability for full-time work, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
