About the Role

As a Sales Development Executive at Arch Painting, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Facility Managers, Assisted Living facilities, Property Managers, Universities, Industrial companies, and General Contractors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing plans that support sales objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform future sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development roles.
Estimated Salary Range:$90,000 - $125,000 per year
