Business Development Manager

Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of Arch's services through external business development activities. This includes building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including facility managers, property managers, and general contractors.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business development initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business development decisions.
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
