This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety of donors. As a Medical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for determining donor eligibility, managing adverse events, reviewing laboratory test results, and notifying donors of unsuitable test results. You will work under the guidance of the Center Manager and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues.

We offer a competitive salary range of $31.54 - $43.37 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to your hourly wage, you may be eligible for short-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits.

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, including a graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements. You must also be currently licensed or certified in the state where responsibilities will be assigned: Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA). Additionally, you should have current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification, fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy, and satisfactorily complete the FDA approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist.
