LTD Hospitality Group is a leading hotel development and management company with over 30 years of experience. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Overnight Houseman. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel corridors and public areas during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist room attendants with heavy items such as mattresses, soiled linens, and garbage.
  • Deliver linen and necessary supplies to room attendants.
  • Perform tasks such as shampooing carpets, stripping and waxing floors, and cleaning designated areas.
  • Collect trash throughout the hotel and respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to lift and push/pull approximately 50lbs.
