Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Route Driver to join our team. This role requires the safe transportation of confidential documents and materials to clients while maintaining high levels of security and compliance. The successful candidate will possess excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of local, state, and federal laws governing driver fitness and hours of service.
Key Responsibilities- Perform onsite/offsite document destruction of confidential information
- Conduct pre/post-trip checks and driver check-in on assigned trucks
- Report maintenance issues to Transportation/Dispatcher for follow-up
- Operate company equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Comply with all relevant laws and regulations
- Complete and maintain DOT logs when applicable
- Maintain a high level of security during console/emtpyng collections
- Service accounts using hand-held devices
- Manage assigned routes to ensure timely and accurate collection and servicing of confidential materials
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries and problems expediently
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in driving shred/box trucks and route management
- A current driver's license (Class D or above) with an excellent driving record
- May require mandatory immunizations and credentials based on customer requirements

Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated annual salary for this position is $41,618 - $52,743 based on industry standards and local market conditions. The actual salary may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
