About the Role
This part-time opportunity at our BioLife plasma donation center in Hampton, VA offers a chance to make a difference in people's lives by collecting high-quality plasma for life-changing medicines. As a medical screener, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of donors and team members while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Screen new and repeat donors
• Take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
• Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate donor compensation

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.

Compensation
The estimated starting hourly wage for this position is $16.00. U.S.-based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and company match, among other benefits.
