Drive Customer Success and Growth at Prive Services

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Account Growth Strategist to join our team at Prive Services. In this role, you'll drive customer success and growth by maximizing platform usage, helping customers strategically grow subscriptions, and contributing to shaping customer relationships.

Your success will require empathy, strong communication, organization, and an owner's mindset. You'll drive engagement, retention, and growth, champion customers, and communicate platform power.

You'll help customers succeed and gain insight into running and scaling an early-stage startup. We're looking for teammates who share our passion for reinventing the status quo and changing how we buy and sell online.

  • Educate accounts on Prive's value and power
  • Drive engagement, retention, and growth of customers
  • Document customer needs and communicate with product and engineering teams
  • Keep customers updated on new features and help them make the most of the platform
  • Proactively check in with customers and anticipate their challenges
  • Inbound support resolution
  • Built long-term relationships with customers
