Job Summary

Aston Carter is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of organizational strategies that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement change management plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in organizational development or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful organizational development strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
